We stand by our work, ensuring the highest quality hand-made rugs.  We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our rugs.  If you received a rug that was damaged by shipping, the size does not fit your unique space as expected, or you are not satisfied with the color, style, or size, please get in touch with our customer support team to start working on your return.  All rugs must be in the same condition as the customer received them. Any other concerns by our customers, we will address per customer and rug on an individual basis.  We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our rugs and service. 

Free shipping to anywhere in the United States is included in the prices of our rugs.  Shipping could take up to 2 weeks depending on your location.  Our rugs are carefully inspected before they are delivered, ensuring your rug is in pristine condition when you receive it.  If your rug is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@banurugs.com.
