We stand by our work, ensuring the highest quality hand-made rugs.  We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our rugs.  If you received a rug that was damaged by shipping, the size does not fit your unique space as expected, or you are not satisfied with the color, style, or size, please get in touch with our customer support team to start working on your return.  All rugs must be in the same condition as the customer received them. Any other concerns by our customers, we will address per customer and rug on an individual basis.  We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our rugs and service. 

All of our rug prices include shipping costs and you will not have to pay extra for shipping in the United States. Depending on the delivery address it make take up to two weeks to receive your rug.  It will be shipped directly to your door as we currently do not have a warehouse or storefront in which our rugs are kept.  When we receive each rug, we look over them carefully with much detail before we ship to you to ensure the rug is in top condition before you receive it.
